How Do Tree Services Workers Help in Weather Emergencies?

hurricaneAs we are all well aware, 2020 has been a notable year with regards to extreme weather. Cincinnati had our own tornado scare earlier in the year, and now other parts of the United States are experiencing their own horrific weather patterns.

In allegiance with other tree service companies across the country, we are proud to recognize the ways in which these other companies are pitching in to help their neighbors in these tough conditions.

For the people in Texas and Louisiana enduring the high winds and destructive path of Hurricane Laura, help came from many states away. SB Tree Service, a company based in Florida (Volusia and Brevard Counties, specifically, including Daytona Beach), sprang into action.

SB’s entire team of tree professionals jumped into their trucks and drove to Lake Charles, Louisiana, to help with tree removal and other disaster recovery tasks.

More than a half-million residents of the Texas Gulf Coast evacuated their homes, but when the storm hit land, its center hit the city of Lake Charles. SB Tree Service has helped with other hurricanes in the past, including Hurricane Florence (in North Carolina) and Hurricane Michael (in Panama City, Florida).

In California, fire season has been brutal in 2020. More than two million acres have burned in the Golden State alone.

For the residents of Fresno, who were surrounded by intense fires in early September, Tree Service Fresno offered discounts for brush clearing, lot clean-ups, and hillside clean-ups.

A few hours north, in Stockton, California, Stockton Tree Service Experts offered similar discounts to homeowners in their area.
